Can I book a shared ride?
Yes. Shared transportation is available on selected airport and cruise routes. PortMiami to Miami International Airport is $20.00 per person, one way. Published airport and cruise routes book instantly.
Is there a round-trip discount?
Yes—save 5% on the combined eligible outbound and return base fares. Fees and extras are separate. Both rides must be booked together.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, cash with the driver, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Confirmed bookings can continue to Square for online card payment when connected, or arrange payment with the driver.
Can you accommodate luggage and car seats?
No fixed luggage limit. Tell us what you’re bringing so we can arrange the right vehicle. Include your luggage count and car-seat needs when booking. Car seats are $20.00 per seat, each way. Round-trip transfers include the charge on both rides. Selected car seats are included in your booking total.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least two hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations less than two hours before your scheduled pickup incur the full base fare.
When is my ride confirmed?
Published airport, cruise-port and hotel transfers and standard Sprinter hourly trips confirm immediately when you book. Orlando, Palm Beach, Key West, other longer trips, and itineraries without a published fare require a quote. Payment status is shown separately from your reservation.
