When is my booking confirmed?
Miami airport, port and hotel transfers with a published total confirm immediately when the booking is saved. Published standard Sprinter hourly rides also book immediately. Longer trips, executive vehicle requests and itineraries without a published fare are arranged by quote.
Do Miami hotel rides cost the same as airport rides?
Yes. Transfers between the listed Miami areas use the Miami airport fares, including MIA, PortMiami and Miami hotels. Choose the correct hotel area and enter its full name and address.
What is the difference between private and shared?
Private rides reserve a vehicle for your party. Shared rides may include other travelers and are priced per passenger. Shared departures from PortMiami to Miami destinations are $20.00 per person, one way; other shared fares follow the displayed route and passenger tier.
How many passengers can travel together?
Our standard and executive Sprinters hold up to 15 passengers. Smaller private groups use an SUV. Include your luggage count so we can review the space needed; groups over 15 require a custom plan.
Is there a luggage limit?
No fixed luggage limit. Tell us what you’re bringing so we can arrange the right vehicle. Include every bag, stroller and oversized item in your booking details.
Can I request car seats?
Yes. Car seats cost $20.00 per seat, each way. One seat on a round trip adds $40.00. Select the number needed and tell us the seat type in your notes.
Is there a round-trip discount?
Eligible round trips receive 5% off the combined base fares when both rides are booked together. Car seats and other extras are not discounted.
How does hourly service work?
The standard hourly rate is $150.00 with a 4-hour minimum. Share your stops and expected finish time. Extra hours or changes are agreed separately; executive vehicle requests are quoted by the team.
Do you offer airport meet-and-greet?
Optional baggage-claim meet-and-greet is $50.00 for a MIA pickup or $60.00 for a FLL pickup. Select it when booking an airport pickup. Your meeting point will be coordinated with you.
Which payment methods can I use?
Credit and debit cards through Square when checkout is available, or payment arranged with the driver using cash, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle. A confirmed booking does not mean payment has been collected. Keep your payment receipt.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least two hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations less than two hours before your scheduled pickup incur the full base fare.
What if my flight changes or I cannot find my driver?
Call 786-487-5234 with your booking reference and updated arrival details. Flight numbers help us coordinate your pickup; automatic flight tracking is not currently connected.
Do you travel to Orlando, Palm Beach or Key West?
Yes. These destinations and other longer drives require a quote or a call. Share your pickup, destination, date and group size for pricing.
