Before you book
Have your cruise ship, sailing date, pickup address, passenger count and total bags ready. If you are arriving by air, include your flight number. For a hotel pickup, provide both the hotel name and its full street address.
Choose the ride for your group
A private ride is reserved for your party. A shared shuttle may travel with other passengers. Tell us about oversized bags, mobility needs and car seats when arranging the trip so we can review the vehicle and luggage requirements.
Plan the return separately
Use your cruise line’s disembarkation information to choose a return pickup. Include your departure flight details and allow for getting off the ship, collecting luggage and reaching your pickup point. Call us if your schedule changes or you need help choosing the pickup time.
Keep your booking details handy
Save your booking reference and our phone number. Your booking confirmation and payment receipt are separate records. If you cannot find your driver, call us so we can coordinate your meeting point.
