Information you provide

When you book a ride or request a quote, VIP Shuttle Services receives the contact and travel details you provide: your name, email, phone, pickup and destination, travel times, passenger and luggage counts, and special requests. The contact form stores your name, email, optional phone number, topic and message.

How we use your information

We use these details to confirm eligible rides, prepare quotes, reply to inquiries, coordinate transportation and manage bookings. Contact inquiries and booking details are saved in the owner dashboard, which requires authorized sign-in. They are not published on the website.

If you arrive through a business-card or van QR code, your booking records that source so we can understand which materials bring in bookings. This does not identify or count every person who scans a code. Submitting a booking or inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Booking emails

When booking emails are enabled, we use Resend to send your confirmation or quote acknowledgment and to notify our team. This shares the email address and trip details needed for those messages with Resend. We keep delivery-request status so we can investigate failures and avoid duplicate sends. These service messages do not subscribe you to marketing. You can contact us at the address below about your information.

Card payments

Square processes online card payments on its checkout page. The website sends Square the booking reference and amount needed to create checkout. Your card details are entered on Square and are not stored in this website. The website may verify payment and refund status with Square and store transaction references, amounts and verification times. Keep your payment receipt; reservation and payment statuses are separate records.

Cookies and optional analytics

Essential sign-in and security features may use cookies. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser when you choose it.

Google Analytics and advertising tracking are currently turned off. If optional analytics is enabled, you will be able to accept it or keep it off through the cookie preferences.
